I used as many others have a Witch Elf mini for the conversion. I just cut her right arm free from being attached to her body, green stuffed a scroll for her hand, made a large skirt and finally made a couple of more scrolls that hang from her hips. The tricky part was the skirt. It was hard to make that much fabric flow naturally.
