I was trying to work out a color scheme for my army still when I painted up this unit. All I knew was it had to be dark with pale skin. I looked online a lot for Corsairs inspiration but in the end settled for a traditional green look of the Sea Dragon Cloak and black robes. I filed off the hair of the champion as a little joke, I have a shaved head myself... So this is where the head thing started, now almost every unit have a couple of models if not all with shaved heads. I made a banner that would resemble a little bit of a sail...
