I realized after a couple of games that I needed more Raiders. They are key for the Dark Eldar list. I only had 2 and used the GW stock ones. My list now has four and being that central I wanted something more cool looking than the regular one. Forgeworld is selling a really nice looking ship that I figured with some converting would look good. I wanted to make a ship that actually could unload the troops on the field. The GW raider sort of can do it but not as I wanted to. I imagined a transport where the troops were hanging off the sides, strapped into some harness ready to drop right into the middle of the battle. They are all wearing helmets when strapped to the ship. They remove the helmets when unloading. The ship is made of resin so it's quite heavy, I had to glue about 10 quarters to the base to make it stand up properly. Raider without passengers.
